The incident occured during a session that resembled more of a reality TV show than a political proceeding.
President Tinubu had nominated Balarabe to represent Kaduna State as a minister, aiming to fill the void left by the rejected former governor, Nasir El-Rufai, due to alleged security concerns, as reported by the Punch.
