Troops from the Joint Task Force Operation UDO KA recently conducted a successful raid on a notorious camp in Imo State. The B44 Camp pulsated with activities intricately tied to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its militant arm, the Eastern Security Network (ESN). The destruction of this camp is a significant blow to the groups’ operational capabilities in the region.

Recovery of Weapons and Materials

During the raid, the troops discovered three Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), a Rocket-Propelled Grenade (RPG) bomb, a motorcycle, Baofeng radios, local jewelry, a foreign ATM card, SIM cards, voter cards, and stolen vehicle plate numbers. A toolbox used for clandestine activities was also seized.
